The house was first purchased by the Moth family in 2014 but has been a family home for far longer - dating from around the mid 1600's, when it would have looked rather different!
Much of the historic character and charm of the cottage had been covered over with modern furnishings, and so began the painstaking effort to peel back the layers, repairing and restoring as we went along.
